Lovely well located hotel with the most helpful staff. Received a warm welcome and they helped us throughout our visit including organising transport to our next location and giving us some recommendations for food and activities. Hotel walking distance from a lot of attractions and excellent restaurants (+ night life if that is your scene!!) If back in Hanoi, would definitely stay again!

Great room, very hidden hotel. We struggled to find it the first day. But the location couldn’t be better. The staff were extremely helpful. We left and forgot some personal items, which the hotel staff took care of and returned it to us when we returned. We felt we had good value for money. The price we paid for the quality of the room and the location were very favourable.

We had been trapped in an island by a storm and, despite the fact our booking was non-changeable and non-refundable, the hotel staff were very accommodating and allowed us to change our dates at no extra cost. When we finally arrived at the property, we had a lovely room, with very helpful staff. Although the hotel doesn’t offer much in terms of amenities, we had a fridge where we could store a couple essentials and we were a hop and a skip away from tons of food and entertainment options.

This place was so cute! Located in a great spot in the old quarter. It was close enough to walk to everything, but just far enough to avoid the crowds and noise of the busy streets. Highly recommend, the staff were incredible and very helpful. The little cafe they have attached to the hotel had amazing drinks, I recommend trying the coconut coffee and the mango, passion fruit refresher. Would highly recommend. Rooms are a bit small, but the air conditioning worked really well and the facilities were clean. Housekeeping came in and refreshed our towels and cleaned the room for us. Everything we did only took us maximum 15 min of walking to. Close to lots of restaurants, bars and coffee shops.

Third stay in Bonjour An Nam Home in our north Vietnam tour. Each time we had been kindly welcome by all the staff and particulary by our favorite receptionist "Camille". We rent our scooter directly at the hotel so we didn't need to wait or look for a rental shop. The rooms were every time perfect. Taking contact before we arrive wasneverytime easy and usefull to achive our requests. Thanks a lot for your kindness. We hightly recommand this hotel
