The pool needs some serious love, daily cleaning and new water! As does the outdoor furniture and space. The staff from the front door to cafeteria to cleaning lady were all extremely nice and helpful. Area is fantastic! Thanks for a fabulous vacation!

Location is convenient. Close to the beach. Copa is somewhat seedy but not to bad. Hotel older but they have upgraded some rooms that are suitable. Gotta make sure they don’t put you in one that’s older. I’d give it 3 1/2 stars

The staff did not speak english, the room was dusty and worn down. All over a bad experience. We had to book a new hotel. Breakfast was OK.

Very noisy, could not sleep the hole night cars and motorcycles buzzing, also lots of conversations on my floor from 6am. To get worst, I had to deal with the disappointment of my kids when they saw the swimming pool, completely green and completely different from the picture posted on Expedia. I have both pictures saved in case you want to see with your own eyes. I asked for a higher room and opposite to the street but they only had 1 room facing the street. On the end I asked them to end my booking 2 days ahead of the original day but they refused to refund me for these last 2 unused days. I simply checked out without any refund and will now check with a lawyer how to approach this situation. They destroyed my final days in Rio de Janeiro.

O hotel não disponibiliza ferro da passar para obrigar as pessoas a contratar o serviço de passadeira do hotel. Café da manhã muito cheio para um espaço bem pequeno. O quarto estava limpinho e bem arrumado, deixo meu agradecimento a camareira ! O único problema no quarto é não ter cobertor disponível, apenas uma manta de solteiro bem fina por sinal, a manta não coube eu e meu namorado juntos por ser de solteiro.

A recepção não é muito boa falta um pouco de zelo no geral. A sensação é de que os funcionários estão sobrecarregados, eu arrurmei minha cama mais ou menos e mais ou menos ficou. A roupa de cama não parecia 100% limpa, em especial o cobertor. Eu fico lá por conta da localização que é excelente, os quartos que são grandes e o café é do jeito que gosto, variado!
