Over booked me, made me stay in a shut down hotel with no facilities or staff, rooms are a state, ran out of alcohol and food ran out every day, food was terrible, rude staff, beach and rooms dirty as well as pool being cloudy and dirty, adults only but kids in the hotel, 0/10 do not recommend. Hotels.com are terrible at helping, they do not care at all. Told me I had late check out then dumped all my belongings outside the room, no entertainment, not enough beach chairs but so dirty you don’t wanna sit there anyway. Semen stains and other stains on the furniture, chunks missing out the walls, shower head filthy and surrounded by mold

Her şey o kadar kötüydü ki otelde kalmadığımız süre dışında tatil çok iyiydi. Otele gelince berbat bir hal alıyordu. Otelde güvenlik görevlisi yok, alkollü içecekler sürekli bitiyor ve yenilenmesi birkaç gün sürüyor, buz yok. Kendi buzumuzu almak zorunda kaldık. Yemekler her gün aynı. Otel personeli club’ta otelin müşterisi ile tartışıyor. Sizi club’tan kovdururum diyor. Tam anlamıyla fiyasko. Odalarda çöp kovası dahi yok. 6 gece konakladık 1 kez dahi çarşaf nevresim değişimi yapılmadı. Gitmeyin, gidenleri de göndermeyin.

Bu zamanda bu fiyata herşey dahil plaj olayı fp yapıyor. Olumsuz yorumların hepsi doğru fakat her yemekte muhakkak yenilecek bşr yemek çıkıyor kahvaltıda yenilebilir personel güleryüzlü ama yetersiz satıdan dolayı temizlik ve plaj bakımı geçiriyor ama herşeye rağmen yine gelirim ilk girdiğiniz gün biraz hayal kırıklığı yaşıyorum gibi olsanızı da girdikçe alışıyorsun 😀

Absolutes Desaster – Katastrophale hygienische Zustände und Beschädigungen Unser Aufenthalt in diesem Hotel war eine absolute Zumutung. Die hygienischen Zustände und der Zustand des Zimmers waren schockierend. Das Zimmer war extrem dreckig. Besonders widerlich war die Bettwäsche, die voller Blutflecken war. Ein unhaltbarer Zustand für jeden Beherbergungsbetrieb. Auch die Ausstattung war in einem katastrophalen und vernachlässigten Zustand: Die Badezimmertür war komplett eingeschlagen, die WC-Schüssel war kaputt und die Armaturen im Bad waren völlig verrostet. Hier wird Hygiene und Instandhaltung komplett ignoriert. Wir können jedem nur dringend davon abraten, dieses Hotel zu buchen! (0 von 5 Sternen)

Odaların temizliğinde sıkıntı görmedim. Çalışanlar, özellikle bar ve yemek bölümünde görev alanlar hem güler yüzlü hem nazik hemde işlerini güzel yapıyorlar. Ancak yemekleri berbat. Hem çeşit olarak iyi değil hemde lezzet olarak, sadece salata ve garnitürler idare eder. Meyveler ve tatlılar hiç iyi değil. Yemek iyi olmayınca genel havası bozuluyor zaten. Damsız çok müşteri var. Bu da ayrı bir sıkıntı. Seçiminizi ona göre yapın.
