Worst hotel rooms ever I have seen. Decoration, furniture everything is the worst ever. Beds are super uncomfortable. Construction debris visible at places where skirting missing. Paint residue everywhere, on the floor, furniture, doors. No one spent a minute to even roughly clean. Bathroom was poor poor. Faucets must be rusted for the last 5 years. Only good thing in the rooms is clean sheets and one of the two ACs was working. General areas has no taste. Pool is small for that many people. Color of the water did not feel safe. So we did not get in it. It is all inclusive but food is awful. Mostly bad pasta and fried chicken nuggets kind of stuff. After one breakfast and one lunch I took my kids out for every meal, breakfast, lunch, dinner. Bar is equally bad, always missing beer or if it is there it is not cold. Staff are friendly and they look they are ashamed for the conditions, but this does not help at all.

AVOID LIKE THE PLAGUE! GENERALLY UNSAFE AND INHABITABLE Booked 2 triple rooms for 2 nights - 1 for three girls and 1 for three males. On arrival, despite booking 2 triple rooms, we were told that no triple rooms were available. We were given one double room and one family room for four people. This meant that one of the older men in our group had to share a room with three 18-year-old girls, which was completely inappropriate and unacceptable. We then experienced numerous serious maintenance, cleanliness and safety issues, including: * first family room absolutely stank of smoke and there were 2 big holes in the bathroom ceiling with no shower curtain and mould * new family room there was no window in the bathroom window but we were told there were no other options * Mould on the bathroom ceiling. * Exposed electrical wiring that anyone could touch accidentally touch * Wardrobe that fell on two people when opening the door * Broken bathroom door handle that locked itself * Balcony door that could not be locked and would allow anyone access * large hole in the wall next to the single bed with plaster falling off during the night with what looked like an old kitchen that had been covered with plasterboard. * Toilet flooded and would not flush, with the toilet panel left open The place was just in disrepair and anything we touched fell off the wall or broke. all-inclusive stay, but due to our experience, condition of the hotel and quality of food available we had to eat out

fiyatını baz alarak gittik ve yazılanlara göre ,beach olayı yok ucretsiz değil en azından . extra eğlence sadece cumartesi vardı türk gecesi kapsamında . oda genişti oda temizliği yeterliydi ama yemekler sadece ana yemek tavuk vardı onun dışında yenebilcek pek çeşit yoktu ama bu fiyata fazla bişey beklememek lazım sonuçta oda kahvaltı veren otellerden fiyatı fazla değildi ,gidilebilirmi gidilir ama ana tatil olarak değil gün değerlendirmek icin kısa bir kaçamak olarak .tatlıları güzeldi ama onun dışında yemek pek beğenmedim ama fiyatına göre gene idealdi.. not deniz olayı yok para verip gidilebiliyor

Yatağın başlı tozlu idi oda bakımsız idi her musluktan sıcak su akıyordu soğuk su yoktu bu garip ama klozette bile sıcak su vardı klima kapanmıyordu kartı çekip bütün elektriği kestim fotoğraf larda bulunan odanın eşyaları ile alakası yoktu bir daha asla gitmem bizim gibi aynı durumu Samsun dan gelen bir aile de yaşadı her seferinde daha iyi oda diye kötü odaya götürdüler çok kötü bir hoteldi bence kilse gitmesin

Merhabalar Odalardaki buzdolabı ve televizyon çalışmıyor. Gardrop kırık içi çok pis. İlk gün sıcak su yoktu, yapılmasını beklerken akşam yemegini kaçırdık. Kalanlar ile araştırdık. Havuz otel ihtiyacını karşılamıyor çok küçük. Yanda kayaklı bir havuz daha var sadece çocuklar için. Çünkü derinliği 1m gibi. Bizim kaldığımız gün havuzda,motorun su çektiği borunun deliğinde koruma olmadığını için bir çocuğun ayağı oraya sıkıştı. Çocuğu kurtarmak için yukaridan oraya atlayan bir kişinin ayağı kırıldı. Otel yönetimi çözüm olarak havuzu kapattı. Bütün herkes tek havuzda toplanınca havuzda hareket edecek yer kalmadı. Sonraki gün diğer havuzda birisi boğuluyor du,onuda biz çıkarttık. Havuzlarda görevli yok yani. Yemek menüsü cok zayıf. Hiçbir etkinlik yok. Sadece geceleri barlara adam götürmek için anos yapıyorlar. Sahilde yerimiz var diyorlar, ama sadece sejlonglar bedava. Geri kalan herşey para ile. Birde biz varken bol erkekli bir grup aldılar toplu hareket ettikleri için hiç hoş olmadı. Çalışan arkadaşlar güler yüzlü, ellerinden geleni yapıyorlar.

Otelde ilk girişte resepsiyon görevlileri yetersiz odalara çıkışta asansör hizmeti yok elinizde Valizlerle yürüyorsunuz odaya ilk girişte kapı açılmadı verdikleri kart çalışmıyordu temizlik personelinin kartıyla odaya giriş yaptık o da bakımsız ve temiz değildi üçüncü yatak için talepte bulunduk gelen yatak çok eski ve kirliydi banyosundadaki duş çok az su veriyordu yemekler ve kahvaltılar hijyenik gözükmüyordu ama idare edecek bir çeşit çıkartmışlardı otel eski ve bakımsız personel yetersiz fiyat performans oteli ama daha iyilerini bence bulabilirsiniz açıkçası bir daha tercih edebileceğim bir yer değil
