6/10 Good

The priority was for the big families, so if you're going on your own I'd not recommend this place for you
The internet wasn't available all the time, some of the staff were so good tbh
The place is recommended only for Egyptian families

Sadly this review has more negative than any positive
So when I arrived at the property I felt instantly unwelcomed and was made to wait almost an hour to find out what room I’d be staying at.
Secondly the bathroom in the room I stayed at was not fit with shower head missing and the water pipes by the sink kept bursting. In the end I just gave up using my bathroom as it was my convenient to
Thirdly during check out I was asked by a gentleman if I have a “present” for him, when I asked him what he meant he was asking for money. To be asked for money when I just spent $400 to stay is very damning and was a nail in a coffin for me
I would never recommend this place for foreigner who isn’t of Arabic or Egyptian origin unless things are changed.
Side notes to add: the dogs there were in very bad condition. Eye infections, bad legs, full of ticks and fleas and some clearly frightened. If they are to keep the dogs there then they must at least give them the basic care or have them removed.
Flies and mosquitoes were a pest, should have been offered some sort of spray or head netting to protect the face
Families are clearly more important than individual, or in my case duo travellers
The only positive I have is Basmala and Mustafa who seemingly are the only two who actually do anything around there
