From the moment we met him Gamal went out of his way to ensure that we had everything we needed and more. We learnt much from him about the Nubian culture and people and we have great respect for him. We would lovee to return again. "2泊しましたが、とてもきれいで快適に過ごすことができました！目の前にはナイル川が広がり、夕日を眺めながらのんびり過ごせたのも素敵な思い出です。スタッフの皆さんのホスピタリティが本当に素晴らしく、滞在中は細やかな気遣いをたくさんしていただきました。フルーツやケーキのサービスも嬉しかったです。ありがとうございました！また、レストランも正規の営業時間前から開けてくださり、美味しい朝食をいただくことができました。早朝出発の場合は、ミールボックスにも対応してくださるようです。道路に面しているため、夜中も車の音などがかなり聞こえましたが、耳栓を用意してくださるなど、こちらへの気遣いが嬉しかったです。景色も素晴らしく、スタッフの皆さんもとても親切で、気持ちよく過ごせるホテルでした。アスワンに滞在する際には、また利用したいと思います！"
