The mattress and pillow were comfortable. The bedroom was cooled well. The staff was friendly. The place was really clean. My only suggestions are more hooks and/or shelves in shower rooms for clothes and towel and keep toilet paper stocked in bathrooms.

The staff were friendly and keep it tidy often the time. You can charge devices right next to bed and laundry (washing and drying) service is available. Actually staff is at the reception all the time so that check in can be made after midnight as well. The only thing I did not like was air mattress. So far it was pleasant stay for me

Bad part: They charge for towel and only accept cash, does not use contactless payment system, which is utterly backward in this age of smartphone. Who uses cash in this age? Good part: The property is right next to the conde de casal station, and the airport is within 30 min from this station.

Razoável, condizente com o preço. Camas barulhentas, de início me colocaram num quarto onde não haviam condições, ao lado da cozinha, barulhento demais, tive que reclamar 2x para me mudarem, mas resolveram. Tive mais alguns percalços mas a hospedagem foi condizente com o valor pago.
