Lovely little hotel, easy walk to plenty of restaurants. If you get a street facing room it can be a little loud, but you get a nice balcony so it evens out. Service was nice.

Staff is wonderful, always willing to help and make our stay comfortable. The room was clean and comfortable. The bed was firm and they had 3 types of pillows (soft, medium and firm), which was fantastic. Great location.

The location is great, very walkable to many restaurants. Bed was comfortable with a choice of soft and firm pillows (nice touch) but we stayed 4 nights and had to call every time we wanted hot water for a shower or shave. They need to do something to fix that.

I enjoyed my stay here! Staff are always very polite, professional, and helpful! The location of this hotel is perfect, too! A lot of dining options around the area and if you’re working, cafes with good wifi are abundant in the Condesa area, too. There were days I would go out at 9 or 10PM and be back at 3 or 4AM and I have always felt safe so I would say as a solo female traveler, safety is pretty good, too!

Staff was very attentive and helpful with activities around Condesa. Common areas and room were very clean. This is a nice neighborhood to walk around and visit several outdoor coffee shops. Our bathroom shower door blocked the hot/cold water handled which can be tricky when setting appropriate temperature.

Me gusto mucho la atención y el concepto de una casa con solo 6 habitaciones. El lugar es muy tranquilo y muy bien ubicado Los colchones demasiado duros me dolia la cadera fue dificil dormir asi. Dicen que los cambiaron hace un año y que ya se han quejado de esto. Se solucionaria poniendo encima una colchoneta de memory foam de Costco duran 5 años y no son caras. Si fueran comodas las camas seria un 5 estrellas definitivo.
