No ac in rooms only ceiling fan open the window and you have a bar 20 fr away playong loud music till 1 am then the kitchen next to hotel makes noise all night at 5 am the trash gets picked up more noise The bed was so lousy hard i woke up every 30 minutes o ly real rst was after 6 am then the day started honestly its in a good location but i would never stay here again the rooms are ridiculous small even for 2 people breakfast was ok nothin special since there are so many other choices within 2 minute walk

The location is perfect for walking to anywhere, this hotel is just in the middle of all the restaurants and attractions earthing is just walkable and all the people that works there are very nice and friendly, I’ll definitely go there again in the future.

Location is perfect in the Historic district- but it enters from an alley, which some taxi drivers can't find. But that alley makes the stay even better--off of the actual busy, noisy main street. Great 24/7 staff who kept giving us water when we kept running out (since being from the US we aren't used to having a supply of bottled water to drink). Room was smaller than expected. Good breakfast for long hours. Our 4 nights were very happy there.

This hotel was perfect. One block from Zocalo, there are bakery, restaurants, and shopping very close. It was easy for our tour guide to pick us up as well. Also, this hotel had breakfast items and are open for about 4 hours. The staff attending to the food was great about restocking, keeping things clean, and most of friendly. I will definitely go back.

Everything was perfect . The breakfast was outstanding. The staffed was welcoming and friendly. The only problem was that in the rooms the heat gets trapped super easily. I had to open the door and windows cause the heat was overwhelming. The fan wasn’t helping at all . I thought there was a faster mode but eventually there wasn’t. That’s the only problem I had but from there excellent experience. I would return back to the hotel if I had a air conditioner. There were limited units available with air conditioners . I loved the rest of my experience. Thanks so much .

Location. Is a 5 star location, just two minutes from zocalo. The TV was good in the room, the breakfast area was very good, including the food. Coffee, hot water for tea and Hot Chocolate 24/7 However the rooms are small. Was no liquid soap in the shower, only shampoo and conditioner. Friendly staff, safe area even if do not looks like.

Staff was great. When we checked in, the room wasn't made up, so the clerk got us a new room immediately. Location was very convenient. Hotel was extremely loud. Bring earplugs and you'll be fine. Internet worked very well. The room was very stuffy and hot even in November. The windows opened to the atrium and there was no a/c. Shower and water were great . Bed was hard, but comfy.comfy. the towels were awful, butnclean. Breakfast was ok. Limited options, but really goodneggs and refriednbeans, cereal and fruit. The hotel price is good, location is in the middle of Mexico City but is too basic. It doesn’t have even ice cubes. Breakfast in not good and the beads are all new but super uncomfortable. Is like you are sleeping in a pece of wood. The rooms doesn’t have AC and the temperature in my room was approximated 76 F

When your GPS states "arrived" you may not locate it right away. The entrance is not on a main street but rather off of what looks like an alley. We stayed there twice in the same week. The first room was very small. We only had two backpacks so that was fine. Had we had luggage we would have been tight. The second room was a bit larger. However two luggages would have felt a bit tight too. Other than the size, the hotel and rooms were clean and not dated. I would stay there again. However, if have luggage, I would contact the hotel to ask for a larger room
