For $140 we got a two bedroom suite with a small kitchen and table. Clean rooms good shower pressure and comfortable beds. AC worked perfectly. Pretty convenient as it’s right at the university close to downtown. At 140 a night for two separate bedrooms so it’s pretty great value for the summer in Kamloops

Great view. Low on amenities. Good for short stay.

Adequate. Fridge and microwave. Student residence so not your typical hotel stay. 20min walk to shopping and food options. No restaurant on site. Right next door is the Thomson Rivers Univeristy Botanical gardens which is lovely. Good spot to read a book and chill

Easy check in. These are dorm rooms. Carpets (in my room) in desperate need of cleaning. Good value overall. Large common cooking area available which was pretty cool with a dining hall. No bathtubs. Would stay again (and bring slippers)

The room was not cleaned properly. The bedsheets and pillows were smelling bad and had hairs on it. Arrived late and lady at front told us to park anywhere but in the morning, the guard gave us ticket.

Family-friendly, clean and convenient location

The check-in staff member was very hospitable and friendly. The room itself was very clean and spacious enough for our family of four. We also had a nice view of the city from our room. We liked the lobby area as well as you can grab a coffee or latte from the coffee smart bar machine on-site and sit in the balcony area to enjoy the view of the city. The only thing was the walls in the room are quite thin so the noise in the room next door kept waking us up. We had booked the room for an overnight stay while on a road trip and it was convenient and cost effective. So, we will definitely consider again if ever heading in that direction.

This room was not what we expected. It was in very poor condition and it did not seem very clean at all. The location was remote and not close to very many amenities. For a family get away, I would not recommend this facility.

This property is a dormitory - with that said - I will book this property again and again every time I can when in Kamloops - the view is breathtaking and in matched in Kamloops - it is a must experience

Affordable nights sleep.

Great spot if you just need an affordable place to stop in. no frills and nothing fancy but comfortable enough. And a much better alternative than 300-400$ a night for a hotel.
