The room was very clean from the moment I walked in, every thing looks new from the towels to the bead spread I love that. The environment seems peaceful and the people around all seemed nice. If your looking for a place to stay a little longer than a normal stay at a hotel id highly recommend this place.

The pool area was nice. Parking was adequate. The shower was hot. Though there was a kitchette, there was not any dishes silverware, cups ,pots, etc. The coffee maker was broke. Air conditioning was good. The floors were in need of a good cleaning. Bed was comfy. Staff was not friendly.

Check in the room with missing shower head, the missing shower nob to turn on, the pipe underneath the sink was being fixed which the handyman did good job on fixing it.. overall it was good place to stay at during our trip for spring training for the cost of 3 people..

The stay was great. The lady during check in was very nice and the fastest check in time I have ever experienced. The room I had was very spacious and clean. The hotel was very quiet and peaceful, close to nearby grocery stores Safeway and H Mart, close to the Metro Rail. When my travel plans call me back to the Phoenix area I will look to return and stay at American Executive Inn.
