Dirty linen, poor quality furniture, smelly shampoo, and incredibly LOUD. The receptionists say they're gonna help but they do nothing. No maintenance, no communication, zero accessibility... Terrible stay. Would not come back.

I had a room without a window that need a fresh paint job. I politely requested a different room, because I was going to be there for multiple days. Never happened. Maybe I should have pushed harder, especially when I saw roomd available on the website, but decided to just be quiet. The staff was pleasant enough, however, if you have better options, consider those first.

Ótima estadia e custo benefício, minha familia e eu ficamos por cerca de 4 dias. A localização é ótima, próxima da estação de metro, bem como padaria, mercados, restaurantes e shopping. É possível fazer muita coisa caminhando. Check-in é feito todo online, achei muito tranquilo.
