Excellent location, clean big rooms, comfortable beds, nice staff, fresh and crispy patisserie's croissants (or other options like traditional pasticciotto), refurbished shower rooms, flexibility of remote check in, easy free parking in the same road of the Palazzo, all basic necessities in the room like intimate gel, shower cap, body lotion, shower gel, soap etc
Hotels.com managed poorly the check-in info, we arrived and we had no instructions. With foreign mobiles getting available line was difficult and we stayed outside for 15 minutes before being able to connect with the host.
They will give you a code for the door and tell you which room to enter, this could be done via email for foreigners to avoid signal issues with international calls, apparently another famous site to book gives more information.
Another point to remember is that being the rooms very big with high ceiling the air con may struggle to cool them down completely, so factor this if you go during the peak of summer and you suffer with heath (I'd say the room can be cooled at around 25-26°)
The only negative point is that the WiFi access is not in the rooms but just in the communal area
