The pool and gym is small but sufficient. The service at the reception is really good. The rooms are basic but slso ok. My room was towards the street and the noise level was something it took me ome nights to get used to (despite ear plugs)

The Checkin process was long perhaps because it was made with Expedia 20 mins prior to arrival but they could not find my reservation. The room was big but had paint peeling paint. The pool and sauna were nice but the wooden floors of the pool area was shading / peeling off. The staff was pleasant

Hotel needs maintenance, dirty stained walls, bad smell, trash on the hall not collected daily. We arrived with a baby and had to wait to make sure the room was ok for us, when we got there the lights did not work, we had to return to the front desk, wait and check ourselves for the new room. Not a safe area to walk.

While i went to the hotel, my reservation was not found for about half an hour. I had to call a customer service rep to handle the situation. The room had poor towels for the bathroo. The AC was constantly getting damage. There were no bed covers on the bed. The staff was great in assisting, but a lot of adjustments need to be done.

Was a bit disappointed with the communicstion and the fact that the cleaning staff threw away stuff that I saved for taking back to sweden. A Iron Maiden Glass for example. Hugely disappointed that the staff didn't answer on whatsapp when I made a Complain about this. Also the room service menu and whatsapp order for the room service didn't work....

Apesar dos comentários negativos a seguir, gostamos muito do hotel e do atendimento dispensado por todos os funcionários, tendo o recepcionista Caio se sobressaído com sua gentileza, atenção e presteza no atendimento dos nossos pedidos e na solução dos problemasb havias durante a nossa estadia (casal de aposentados fazendo um tour gastronômico por São Paulo). Inclusive voltaremos na semana que vem e noutras datas pela excelente relação custo- benefício. O hotel tem fácil acesso ao Metrô Mal. Deodoro, que fica a 300m (cerca de 6 minutos à pé). O hotel, contudo, está mal cuidado, necessitando de uma reforma urgente desde a entrada, pois a maior parte das barras de apoio da escada e rampa de acesso estão quebradas ou soltas, estando desativada a sauna seca, sendo que a porta de acesso ao Terraço estava solta, necessitando empurrá-la para encaixar no batente para poder fechá-la. A piscina longa de 1m de profundidade é excelente para nadar, apesar de não ser aquecida ou climatizada. O café da manhã não têm manteiga, nem requeijão. Entretanto, há o grande supermercado Mambo (Av. Angélica, 546, Santa Cecília) a 200m (cerca de 4 minutos à pé) à direita de quem sai do hotel, no estilo Oba!, com muitas promoções, preços bons e produtos importados (queijos franceses, holandeses, italianos, cervejas alemãs belgas, chocolates, bolachas e doces italianos, suíços etc.), sendo que o cadastro no programa de vantagens e promoções do supermercado é feito diretamente no caixa, com a informa

Um show de descaso. Começou com a demora do check-in em de mais de uma hora após o horário definido, só conseguindo entrar no quarto depois das 15h — o que atrapalhou o planejamento de uma reunião. Ao finalmente entrar no quarto, a surpresa: fui alocado em um quarto pior que o que eu tinha pagado. Só quando questionei o downgrade surpresa na recepção, me informaram que de fato estava errado mas que não havia o quarto que reservei disponível. Pedi o reembolso da diferença duas vezes (na hora e no checkout) e falaram nas duas vezes que o gerente entraria em contato — o que não aconteceu até hoje. Diante desse desrespeito, o fato de deixare o quarto com os potes de xampu e condicionador vazios pareceu até pequeno. Decepcionante.
