Everything was perfect with very professional staffs. Location is perfect just in front of metro station .Nearby a lots of cafes and Restaurants. Very clean and the rooms facilities is much more higher standard than the room rate.Personally I will recommend to people who know the real Parisian lifestyle.

Last-minute booking, v convenient for Gare du Nord

We stayed for one night when our train was cancelled. Very convenient for Gare du Nord and the Bonne Nouvelle area is vibrant, we had fun exploring. The hotel team was lovely and the hotel (I think it's a 3 star property) was clean and fairly comfortable. We were given a really good-sized room. We didn't try breakfast as we had to leave early.

It was super clean. The breakfast was great, and the staff was great. The room was small. However, I just paid $140 per night, which justifies this. I did not like the window view. However, if I had paid more, I could have had a better window view.

Also, the bedding is not the most comfortable/cleaned ones as there was a stain on my comforter and the sheets/pillows feel rough in comparison to hotels at similar price range.

I speak no French and was able to stay with ease

Coming from a first time Paris traveller that is not familiar with Paris or any of the arrondissements this place was surprisingly good. I chose solely based on reviews and location. It’s close to the metro, close to a lot of food and shops. I felt comfortable in the area it is located. I arrived earlier than check in from the airport and the staff member was able to check my bags while the room was being finished. I used that time to explore a bit of the area. That was a bonus for me coming straight off a flight. I stayed on the 7th floor with one king bed and it was just enough. Cozy and comfortable. I was out of my room most of the day and came back to sleep and get ready. I felt safe and the staff are all unbelievably kind. I speak no French at all and I was able to stay here with ease. This hotel also has a small lift elevator which is a bonus! The amount of stairs I walked over a three day period and coming back to this lift was a god send. I also purchased the included breakfast which is just like any other continental breakfast option at a hotel. I loved the big window that opened up in the room, no balcony but it’s still very nice. A little on the older side but it’s Paris… and you definitely get a comfy, cozy feeling from it. I enjoyed it.

Already from the check in we felt specially treated, the man was very friendly and gave us different good tips for restaurants in the area, then each time we came to reception area we were greeted very friendly. We could get our room much before the check in time and had a wonderful room n the 6th floor with a nice view over the city. He made us special omelet eggs in the morning we really felt like home, thank you soooo much!!!!
