The staff went above and beyond to attend to our needs. Alexandre was especially attentive and provided bespoke service. Room attendant was also great with service, room kept really clean and items replenished. Will stay certainly there again! Maybe in a bigger room! The staff definitely makes this place! FYI- the elevator is typically( tiny 2-person), and slow-so be prepared. Water pressure is great

The personnel is great and very friendly! I love the concept of being able to go for a snack, or a soft drink duing the day to any Astotel in Paris! This is so helpful and especially to use the restrooms which are really scarce in Paris!this is going to be my hotel to go to when in Paris!
