Family of 4 stayed here for 3 days. We loved it. Great location- walkable to subway or about a 20 minute walk to Eiffel Tower. Clean. We had the family room which is great for our family of 4. They have snacks every day from 2pm-2am which is lovely for kids in particular after hours out and about. We would stay again!

This was our 2nd stay at Hotel Augustin. The hotel and room were clean and safe, the staff friendly and helpful. A few minor inconveniences (as an American in Paris)- the room was small and tight for space, but after a day or so you get used to it (though no drawers or closet is challenging for a couple). Room service came late, sometimes after we returned from our day out (requiring us to leave the room), but they did maintain the room nicely. Breakfast while convenient was repetitive and limited. Afternoon/evening snacks and refreshments were welcome after a long hot day. The location is safe and accessible to Gare Lazare, however on the weekend many of the restaurants and shops are closed as the area appears to be more of a business district. Galleries de Lafayette is a 15 min walk as is Champ de Elysee. Overall a good experience, though a bit dull for entertainment and immediate browsing/shopping.

This hotel was wonderful! The hotel was on a quiet street and the staff were very attentive. The rooms were very clean and the beds were especially comfortable. I also enjoyed my little balcony. If I return to Paris I would stay there again.

Clean attractive room and bathroom, great views. Staff really care about helping you out with any type of question/situation and take the time to listen and comprehensively communicate. The breakfast is quite good for a small hotel, and the whole place was quieter than I thought it would be (the street/neighbourhood didn't generate much noise at all).

I was very happy with my choice. Excellent room and facilities in a great location. Close to transport options. I also had the best checkin ever… Samar (sorry if incorrect spelling)was amazing….super friendly and informative.Thank you
