Nice modern place, loved the balcony, comfy bed, ka pai the kai via room service, was looking forward to buffet brekkie that was included in our room price however had to order off the menu, maybe next time!

This hotel is ideally located near the motorway, with shops and restaurants just a short walk away. The rooms are spacious, the bed is comfortable, and the staff are polite. A nice bonus is the beautiful views of the Sky Tower. Perfect for a convenient and pleasant stay.

Staff were so lovely and helpful! Efficient check in and check out. Room was nicely furnished, however room did not feel very clean. Stains on the couches and decorative pillows. Blinds did not extend all the way down so when laying in bed we could see the main road. Other than that, room was super spacious & had everything you needed. Get a lot of lovely sun in the arvo. The hotel overall was so lovely and I had wished we had stayed longer to try the dining lounge.

It was our 2nd stay within a few months. Convenient location for the events i travelled to Auckland for. A very pleasant stay.. good to have the gym on site. I wasnt there for the immediate locality, but there is a tasty thai for an alternative to the hotels excellent restaurant within walking distance or some street food.

The Soho is a good hotel - but for a luxury status, a few things are needed: Room carpet should be vacuumed, There is no lock latch on the door for extra security as a lone female travelling, no option for window privacy other than full blackout blinds. The gym is dark and windowless and could use matts and towels. The coffee shop across the lobby was permanently closed? Otherwise the hotel was good.
