Disappointed

I dislike leaving bad reviews but had to do it this time. Reception was great! The room…bed sheets felt like they were washed in salt water; sticky and unpleasant to sleep on. The sink leaked. The faucet was not really attached to the surface. The shower would not fully shut off and I never had hot water. The power went out at 20:00 and was still off when I checked out at 07:00. The walls are THIN and the hotel was loud in general, so if you are a light sleeper, stay away. Pick a different hotel because this one is a bummer.

Avoid this hotel at all costs. Before arrival, the hotel messaged me asking for a direct bank transfer to a Mexican account to secure my reservation. When Expedia called to investigate, the hotel hung up on them, saying they didn’t speak English. I wanted to cancel but couldn’t—my booking was nonrefundable. At check-in, they charged me more than my confirmed price on Expedia. I contacted Expedia, who tried calling while I stood at reception, but staff refused to answer. A sign at the desk advertised the same room for half the price, but they said the promotion didn’t apply because I booked on Expedia. Our room had no toilet seat. Staff claimed all bathrooms were like that, but two family members staying at the hotel confirmed theirs had seats. Staff then admitted mine was broken by the previous guest but refused to replace it. My young daughters and I had to use the lobby bathroom the entire stay. That night, there was zero running water in the room’s shower or sink. Staff did nothing. The AC only works with a key card, and you only get one. Every time you leave, the AC shuts off, and the room becomes unbearably hot, taking 45+ minutes to cool down. The AC also leaked water, making the floors dangerously slippery. The towel rack was broken, walls were paper thin, and a light fixture had sharp broken glass sticking out. Reception staff sat watching YouTube, refused to help, and said there’s no manager. My two family members also had miserable stays. Do NOT stay here.

El hotel cuenta con lo necesario para periodos cortos, el personal es muy atento, está limpio aunque se observan algunos insectos; tiene amenidades básicas en la habitación, me fue útil pq solo fui 3 días y podía desayunar y cenar en su restaurante; no tuve mucha suerte con el estacionamiento pq son pocos espacios, pero hay cerca donde estacionarse, sugiero poner plancha en las habitaciones, el internet es bueno y la TV cuenta con pocos canales, si regresaría por cuestión de precio-calidad.

Lugar de estacionamiento para todo el hotel 5 lugares, si no alcanzas lo estacionas en la calle. Espacio de regadera muy pequeño y regadera tapada. Paredes de plafón, escuchaba roncar al de la habitación siguiente, todo se escucha. Sobre avenida, todo el tiempo escuchas autos pasar.

1- Al llegar no hay suficiente estacionamiento 2 - el recepcionista sin importar el turno son groseros , déspotas y nada serviciales 3 - la encargada de cafetería no dio un buen servicio y no resolvía dudas acerca de la comida 4- los baño estaban incómodos y poco eficientes para su función ejemplo regadera tapada 5 - no recomiendo la estancia en ese hotel

Llegamos diez minutos antes del cierre del restaurante. El personal del restaurante muy amablemente mantuvo abierto para prepararnos cena y esperar el consumo. No permiten subir alimentos. Y el restaurante no manejas desechables. Cocina delicioso la señorita.
