The hotel was magnificent and magical. The view was spectacular and you right in the middle of everything Madrid. Shops and restaurants are right outside the door, plus the hotel roof top was equally lovely. From the very moment we arrived, the concierge staff Esther as well all the staff was friendly, polite, helpful and thoughtful even leaving us a check out note which was a special touch. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Madrid.

This hotel is right in the city center and fairly busy shopping area of Madrid. It’s very easy to find tours, shopping and places to eat right outside the hotel. Although it’s in a busy area, the hotel is quiet once in your room. The hotel also has an amazing roof top bar and pool.
