The hotel is big, requires a lot of attention for example, rooms are good but carpets is dirty, WC is nice but water leak and hot top not working, breakfast is good but coffee machine is old food below average. The staff are friendly. The hotel need attention to be maintained with the final touch. I would like to visit again but when the hotel situation improved.

Welcoming was warm and caring. Staff was helpful. No carpet in room was different/ weird, saw other rooms had carpet but not ours. Could use some updates/ fixing of different areas. Spa was nice and relaxing. Indoor pool was clean and very large. Food was plentiful and offered a chance to try new food to us. Views were beautiful. Within walking distance of grocery stores and some yummy restaurants (Balkon Burger has some amazing desserts). Also within walking distance to the beach.
