We stayed in room 404 and found the master bedroom bed comfy but my daughter found the twin bed she used uncomfortable. Also the kitchen didn’t have a wine opener or salt and pepper. They had wine glasses some pot and pans and dishes for more than two people but only two chairs for the table even though the the table is large enough for 4 people to sit at it! They also had no directions for using the tv unit.

The condo I reserved was not the condo I rented. I was very displeased about that. Had a group of girls joining me on the trip and it was embarrassing because I had described a nicer property to them. The floors had sand on them when we arrived. The condo was ok. Cosmetically it could have used updating. I was not happy with my experience.

A total mis representation of what we reserved

We specifically reserved a condo at Seychelles.We arrived and they had placed us 10 miles from Seychelles.Then they place us at a property that was a little closer but not beach front.The property we stayed at was to far to walk to the beach.It took us 4 hours to found out where we would be staying which consumed the first day of our vacation.What was supposed to be a be an ocean front property,turn out to look over the Walmart parking lot.I will never use VRBO or their affliates again.

This was a nice put together condo. I think the condo could’ve been cleaned a little better. I don’t believe the toilets and tubs were all the way cleaned. The stove overhead vent had bilt up dirt. Not too happy to know that Expedia charged us almost $170.00 for a booking fee. For now on i will go directly through the hotel and not Expedia. I felt like we got robbed without an gun.

The unit is dirty and in bad shape. There are a lot of dirt and lint on the ceiling fan. The sheets and blankets were not clean. Carpet in bedroom needs replacement. Property is in a nice location and next to Schooners.

My reservation still states that it was for the Seychelles Beach Resort, however after I arrived and no one could find my reservation, they told me that my reservation was scheduled at the Tidewater resort. I was not notified that my reservation had been changed and after making a 7 hour drive to my destination, I was very dissatisfied with everyone involved. The staff at Seychelles was not helpful at all and the staff at Tidewater were extremely rude and not welcoming at all. This was not a good experience for me. Also while I was on the phone speaking with an agent from expedia, we were disconnected and after she tried to call me back 1 time, I answered but she did not respond, hung up and I have not heard back from anyone since.

It was awesome! The condo was absolutely perfect in every way. I had read some of the reviews before I booked and considered some of the bad ones. I found none of the issues that were noted in the complaints for myself. I have not one single issue to complain about. We will definitely be back.

Excellent view. On line pictures were exact. Loved the balcony for morning coffee. Nice location. Really nice to have access to the beach and chairs. Pools were in great condition. Check in closed at 5pm, but they left easy instructions on my cell phone VM. Close to St Andrews Park. Definitely worth a visit.

Condo on the beach.

It was a 1+ bedroom condo with a full kithen , 2 full baths, king bed with 2 bunks sort of in the hallway. Everything was fully functional, and fine. It wss a bit old and less that pristine. I would give it 4.5, but would not feel right about 5. It is at the east end of the gulf beach near St. Andrews. It seemed like a ways fro. Most thi gs to do except St Andrew's but the beach was perfect. We were there in February with is when we love to go. I have a picture of a 1/2 mile of beach with not a sole on it taken from my balcony. Of course that was a lucky moment. Nice balcony with seating for 4. Check in closes at 4 ut they stayed lat to check me in and were very nice. Note this is NOT a hotel. It is more like a condo.

Breathtaking experience to be had.

This stay was a getaway for peace of mind. Decided to distance from the franchise hotels and discover a true condo beach/house environment. This was perfect. Privacy, quiet, luxurious, and peaceful. Amazing view and condo had all the amenities necessary for a grand getaway.

My husband and I came to enjoy his birthday and celebrate New Year's. We had a wonderful time and will be coming back soon. Absolutely love the fireworks. This condo was truly a home away from home, also was able to see 2 beautiful dolphins playing while we enjoyed sitting on the balcony.
