In a fantastic location, handy to restaurants, cafes and galleries, this stylish little apartment was let down by poor maintenance. The bed sagged badly, both the kitchen and bathroom sinks were cracked and the floor boards downstairs were warped. Because the kitchen sink leaked so badly, we couldn't wash up dishes very well and couldn't take advantage of the cooking facilities. And there was a manky smell in the bathroom. Pity!
