The main strength of Piedra de Agua is its staff. Yes-the building is lovely, classic, a great blend of old and new and the amenities were great from the soaps to the linens to the towels. But the best part of the stay was the attitude of and the treatment by the incredible staff. Daniel made us feel like family and seems to have trained the staff very well. Melanie, Jessica?, Hansen, and Oliver in Maintenance were friendly, engaging and super helpful. We look forward to our next visit to Merida and our next stay at Piedra de Agua. Thank you so much for a wonderful stay
