The rooms particularly the bathrooms are dated. Although the beds are large and comfortable. The reception area is beautiful and opens out to the small but perfect swimming pool. Be mindful though the deepend is 8ft which is a bit deep forin my op

From check in to check out the. hospitality of the staff was remarkable. Breakfast was hot and delicious, drinks were well made and the view from th lobby during sunset was amazing. The room is dated including the linen but it was very clean and no weird odor. Did not partake in the pool but the water looked very inviting and refreshing. Thank you to all the staff that I interacted with that made this a wonderful experience.

The hotel itself is large and is showing its age and the impact of the environment. Whilst the rooms are clean and well appointed, they are showing signs of age and require some TLC and updating. Staff were amazing and super friendly / helpful. Food is excellent and overall enjoyed the 2 nights I stayed there.

There is nothing to lift one’s spirits than waking up with the view of ocean and natural sounds of birds sharing the island. The staff are warm and helpful and the rooms are cleaned each day. And after a scorching hot day there is a pool and a bar to wash away the stress of the day. Love it there.

2/10 Poor

Just Terrible

This was by far the worst hotel I have ever stayed in. There is nothing good to say about this place. It was terrible. It was unsafe. I would not reccommend anyone to stay there. Every evening it was unsafe to walk to rooms, no security present, there were numerous Spanish speaking guys hanging outside, drinking, smoking, and leaving their trash all over. The females were afraid to walk outside by themselves at the hotel. Service was terrible at teh bar. Waited over 45 minutes for an order and finally left. Over priced. Out of date. I can go on about how bad this place was and would not reccommend anyone stay here.

The staff were sympathetic and friendly. The pool area and deck are nice. The view is gorgeous 😍😍. I would give an average rating as I believe the rooms can do with some upgrades. Otherwise can be an ideal stay for families who want to take a vacation away from home.😃

E teve Barata no quarto.

Beautiful lobby view. Great staff and amenities. The property can use an upgrade. Also wish the pool was bigger. This can easily be a 5 star restaurant with some upgrades to the property.

The property was clean, the room had a strong scent of bleach that made us sick. The food was great, the drinks were great and the staff was friendly.

The thing I appreciate most since the upgrades of the public spaces to a more modern design, is the tranquility of the location. The view of the Gulf of Paria is peaceful and it continues to give a calming energy to guests.

We held our wedding reception here and stayed several days before and after. The staff are superb, special thanks to Leticia (wedding coordinator) and the service team on the night, they couldn't have been more helpful and friendly and made the night go so smoothly. The hotel has beautiful views and the rooms we had were a great size, clean and well maintained. Reception staff are helpful, loads of parking. Looking forward to staying there again

Good proximity to San Fernando area. Very old hotel rooms that need major renovations. Small breakfast; needs more options. Supper is very tasty but expensive. Hotel charges in USD, not TT dollars.

Hotel has beautiful views, very modern and chic However the large glass window (basically a wall) looked as though it hasn’t been cleaned in months But overall great surroundings, friendly and helpful staff and 9/10 rating for my first travel experience

4/10 Fair

We were recommended to this hotel on such high merits and for our first time staying we definitely expected much more. Its almost as if we got the absolute worst room on the property. The toilet was flushing half way, you'd have to double flush it for it to cleanly flush. The water was leaking out from the button so when you double flush you've got all wet fingers (not a big deal as it's clean water..) The room door was stuck where it would have to forcibly be slammed closed with extra effort and then entering you'd have to jiggle the key to open it. I did not hear anyone else slamming their doors the way we had to! Furthermore, half of the furniture in the room was partially stained, things didn't look new and to the Cara standard that we were expecting. Lastly, probably the worst of all was the shower. When you're showering it would suddenly go hot to cold and you'd have to try and adjust it to get back warm and it would have a delayed response and stay cold for a minute, then warm up and after a minute get back freezing cold. Going to the pool and taking a shower and getting ready for breakfast was definitely not fun. We were not taking any means of long showers, but standing in the corner cold made the shower 2x longer as we'd have to wait for warm water. Unfortunately our friends said this was not the experiences they had previously, so it seems as if we got the short end of things.
