We came to celebrate our anniversary and catch a couple of plays. We were looking for a place that would be waljing distance to everything and the suites fit the bill. Everything was great and the restaurant downstairs was a gem. Only item was it was a little bit difficult to locate because there is only a small etching on the door. I would recommend highly.

This is an excellent location. Walkable to everything. Large room and bathroom. Very comfortable. No elevator so if issues with stairs not for you. Small amount of parking however we had no issue as not busy.

The room is right In the middle of Stratford. Everything was easily walkable. The room itself was huge and very clean. It is decorated in a mid nineties style and could definitely use some love. If they put in a coffee machine and checked the lights it would really improve things. Small complaints, definitely recommend.

We arrived at this property and it was closed. When we called they told us we could stay instead at a room in a house about a mile from the hotel. We finally found a hotel room three hours later. Expedia should be closed down for booking us into a hotel for 4 weeknights that is only open on the weekends.

First of all, the photo on the booking site is NOT the hotel. It's the town hall. So, that was a disappointment. However, the hotel is very clean and the rooms are spacious and beautiful. It's centrally located, so one can walk to all of the theatres and the major shopping/dining areas. Be aware that the parking lot behind the hotel only has five spots, and it can be a tight squeeze if you don't drive a small car.

It would help if Expedia had actual photographs of the places. For the Stratford Suites you have a picture of the Stratford City hall. And there was no photograph of the outside of the building that I was staying in. There are several properties and they need to be identified by address and perhaps of an outdoor photograph so we know where we're actually booking. All is well but it was a bit confusing.

Great location, easy access to everything. Large room and bathroom. Dated, stale and dingy. Looked clean but not fresh. Exceedingly cheap towels, tp, linens and soaps. No staff upon arrival or on location at all - a tradesman who happened to be on location let us in. Overwhelming smell of natural gas at entrance and seeping in room - addressed this with the one staff member we saw cleaning on our second day. Seems to be much more appropriate as a cheap Airbnb than marketed as a hotel.

Our stay was ok, our biggest beef was that room was terribly hot and stuffy, and the air conditioner control was locked so we couldn’t make cooler or more comfortable. Beth, Alex, and Jack were very pleasant to deal with and were very accommodating on providing us with fans. With that being said, I won’t book this hotel again.

Disappointing. Jacuzzi did not work, thermostat was not adjustable, parking situation was vague/sketchy No actual front desk, no staff on duty after hours. Not good value for this price range

The room was very clean and appointed just as advertised. However, I feel the parking situation is lacking and a bit unorganized. The hotel is not staffed, so any inquires are directed to the restaurant staff and although they were helpful (they moved cars around in the back parking lot to accommodate us), they seemed to fumble with answers of where to park. If the parking spaces in the back are reserved for guests we shouldn't have to ask the restaurant staff to move their vehicles each time we returned back to the hotel. The email sent to me before our trip also indicated that paid street parking was available, however the restaurant staff did not know if we were able to park on the street at night without being ticketed or towed. If the restaurant staff is acting like a concierge, they should be able to provide reliable information to the guests staying in the hotel. That being said, the restaurant staff were very pleasant to deal with and accommodating.
