Theatrical magic unfolds at the world-renowned Stratford Festival, where Shakespeare and musical productions dazzle on multiple stages including the Avon and Tom Patterson theatres. Feed the iconic white swans that glide along the Avon River before picnicking in the lush Shakespearean Gardens. The walkable downtown reveals architectural treasures like Stratford City Hall alongside charming shops and restaurants. Queens Park offers peaceful green space when you need a break from cultural immersion. The Stratford-Perth Museum chronicles local history with surprising depth. Even without tickets to a performance, the festival atmosphere permeates this riverside community where arts thrive and swans have become the unofficial town mascots.

Colonial Hotel & Suites
"Great stay! Loved the place! Great atmosphere!"
Hard Rock Hotel London Ontario
"It’s really quite exceptional."
Quality Inn
"The room was cozy, we had some good sleep there, but we could hear noice from next door and people from the parking lot. I would suggest that to put a sign somewhere to ask people to keep our voice down after 11pm."
Crowne Plaza Kitchener-Waterloo by IHG
"Nice hotel, clean and very well maintained, location is great, close to many great restaurants (walking distance) in downtown Kitchener."
Delta Hotels by Marriott London Armouries
"clean room"
Four Points by Sheraton London
"It’s very relaxing to stay, nice and clean accessible to groceries and everything. I plan to book and stay there again. No.1 hotel in my list to stay."
Best Western Plus Lamplighter Inn & Conference Centre
"The ions were beautifully done and clean. The atrium with pool was beautiful especially when they opened the top and you could lay back in the pool and watch the clouds go by. Staff were always helpful."
The Windsor Hotel by Hoco Hotels Collection
"The quality of the food in the restaurant was only adequate. The bathroom was too small for two people whereas the room was more than adequate in size! On the other hand stalk could not have been more friendly and helpful!"
The Parlour Inn, an Ascend Collection Hotel
"I have been staying here for years when attending The Stratford Festival. The only time I have been truly disappointed is when I waited too long to be accommodated due to full occupancy. Friendliest staff for miles around. Maybe when you are there you’ll be lucky enough to meet wee Lindsay, she helps with daily room needs. And, then there is Caleb on the front end to get the paperwork sorted. If I had a hotel, I’d kidnap him and put him to work for me! Have dinner in the hotel and catch the two- way shuttle to the theaters."
