I contacted the Westover Inn in advance to say that I am somewhat mobility impaired and wanted a room that avoided stairs if possible. They responded very nicely and said if I could get up six stairs they had a good room for me. I agreed. When I got there, it was eight stone stairs into a building that sat on top of a big hill, with a dozen stone stairs in two flights to get to it. There was parking for 4 cars on the top of the hill, but after parking there initially, there was never a space there for us again. I think mobility impairment is too serious to treat so casually and irresponsibly. Had I been given a true assessment of the stair/hill situation, I would not have booked the Westover Inn.

Beautiful property! My fiancé and I extremely enjoyed staying here while we had a christmas party in St. Mary's. The rooms/each building are kept so nice and the beds are so comfortable! 10/10 experience. Parking is right beside which ever building you are in, easy and short walk to your room (especially nice in the winter as it was a chilly one)!
