Hing’s in Brazil

We booked 3 rooms total for our family. I got room next to water pump and elevators. The sound of water running & people using elevators interrupted my sleep almost every night of our stay. Most disturbing issue water WIFI in my room was so terrible, I couldn’t get any work done. We had asked the hotel agent to help several times and their responses were, the tech is working remotely and to inform them if it’s still not working. Honestly, we like the area. It has markets, dinners, cafes within walking distance. They need to improve their WiFi service and customer services.

Apesar de estar em uma boa localização, o atendimento deixou a desejar. Funcionários sem preparação, sem comprometimento em resolver as situações adversas, respostas grosseiras e curtas. Tivemos problema com os dois quartos reservados, um com apenas uma cama de casal, sendo que haviam 2 crianças. O quarto era velho. O outro, o banheiro alagou, pedi para trocar o quarto e o responsável pelo turno disse que não poderia fazer nada e que deveríamos aguardar até o outro dia. Nos ofereceram um rodo, toalhas para secar o chão e somente isso. No café da manhã um caos. Muito lotado, toda hora faltava alguma coisa, e os garçons não davam conta, respondendo com rispidez. Comida sem variedades, frutas passadas, muito maduras, muita quantidade de pães e um tio de bolo apenas, com visual não agradável. Infelizmente não voltaria e nem indico.
