Thé picture in the add is far from reality. The place is in super bad shape. Even the towel that I got had several holes, I could pass my hand thru the towel. There was mold and smelled humidity. thought it was a joke but cameras never showed up so it was real crap.

The bed had hair from previous guest stay on it and the bed pillows looked like they had not been changed from pevious guest.
The toilet was located 4” from the opposite wall, meaning you had to straddle it to use it, not sit.
Internet didn’t work also.
Checked in and left as soon as I’d found another place to stay.

The place was nothing compared to the pictures. The toilet was dirty, it even had pubic hair and pee around the seat. The door didn’t latch well.. The only counter in the room was extremely dirty and almost falling off the wall. There were cracks on the floors and the sink had broken tiles. The only window in the bathroom was broken. There was a lot of graffiti outside of the hotel as well as garbage everywhere. The only good thing I can say that is that guy at the reception was super nice and friendly.

Expedia is complicit in fraud along with the hotel, the photos of the rooms do not correspond to the hotel, and it is very dirty. I asked for my refund due to fraud since they offer what is not and they do not give me

This was the worst hotel I have ever seen.
Firstly, the place looked nothing like the advertisement. The cover picture for this place was a beach view, instead I got a brick wall as a view, and was about 5 miles from the coast.
The walls and curtains were all stained, as were the sheets, I assume from the previous guest
There were insects everywhere.
The bed was incredibly uncomfortable, and one was broken
The area felt very sketchy/unsafe
The air conditioning barely worked
There was no toilet seat or paper
The shower and taps were unclean and mould
There were numerous tiles missing in the bathroom
The door to the room was not secure
And finally one of the staff was incredibly sexually inappropriate with me (a 31yo women travelling alone)
I stayed here for around 3 hours, which was spent looking for a nicer hotel in a safer area
Do not believe the adverts. This place is straight out of nightmares and frankly Expedia should be checking these places before promoting them

This was the worst experience I ever had. The hotel was closed when we arrived. We have to wait about 30 minutes outside the door and the neighborhood is not one of the safest. There was ants on the bed so we couldn't even sleep on the bed. The bed sheets were dirty and there was no blankets at all. We try to use the shower and a centipede came out of the drain. We didn't use it anymore since we were afraid more bugs would come out of it. The walls were all dirty and what looked like blood stains. There was blood in one of the garbage can as well. The door did not close properly. Etc. We couldn't even sleep at all. The only reason we didn't leave was because i couldn't get another hotel room right away but we did leave in the morning.

Our stay was scheduled for 2 nights but lasted approx 45min. Hopeing hotels.com will make It right with a full refund. Walked into the room grabbed the A/C remote to turn on some air and it was covered in ants. Then I noticed ants on the shelf the remote was on and they were scattering. Then I Inspected the room and noticed there were no pillows and ants crawling on the bed. Walked into the bathroom and it appeared like the toilet hadn’t been flushed from someone previously, attempted to flush it and the toilet was broken. I went back down to the lobby to tell the desk worker about the issues and request a refund, he said I needed to reach out to Expedia. Then I reached out to hotels.com on the online chat because my phone does not work internationally, about the issue and they attempted to contact the property which had no luck even though the receptionist was laying on the couch in the lobby. As I stood in the room(because was to grossed out, to touch anything, by the amount of ants everywhere). Needless to say they just credited me $25 of one cash (or what ever it’s called) for the nights and I was on my own to find a room for the night. Keep in mind this is now 1am in downtown Cancun.

La habitación muy descuidada, sin seguros en las ventanas o accesos, malas caras y poca cortesía del personal, sin agua caliente, poca higiene, aunque ya había pagado por mi estancia aunque quise cancelar no me dieron opciones así que preferí perder el dinero que la paz de mi familia y me mudé el mismo día a otro lugar
