The Hotel is in good area with a lot of restaurants around, within 7 minutes walk to train station. the staff at the hotel were very accommodating. I will definitely return to the same hotel in the future.

Probably the worst hotel experience we ever had - the A/c was not working and it was 30 degrees outside. Rather than telling us and offering us to cancel/refund - we got back to the hotel late before we realized and then just suffered through it. (They were aware of this issue as we let them know the next morning and they said they knew). When we went to check in - there was no one at the front desk for 20 minutes. The bathrooms also smelled like sewage backing up which made the whole room smell. There was also no welcome drink as advertised

To get the included breakfast, you have to go to their other hotel across the street and down the block—and they ran out of food….not cool. Rooms are decently quiet with the windows closed. Elevator works well. Staff helpful, but not always visible. Beds comfy. Ok place.

Reception and staff were great. We didn’t have any hot water for a shower in the first day. But it was fixed by the time we got back in the afternoon. Location was great and we went for the Christmas markets, so the hotel was a perfect location for these, just a 5 minute walk

This is a regular hotel with very nice staff and quite clean but European style smallish rooms. It should have a 4 star rating but it is in a bit of a dodgy area with many homeless and druggies nearby. It also has many great ethnic restaurants and stores and other good features in the neighborhood and is only a 15 minute walk from some nicer downtown areas so overall it is a good value. If you are put off by funky neighborhoods I wouldn't recommend it.

Much darker and dirty than photos. Unfortunately the shower curtains were stained and a lingering odor in the room. The staff was friendly, but the hotel is dingy and not in the nicest neighborhood. It would work for a young traveler on a budget, but not for a family vacation.

Everything is great about this hotel. I will stay at Atrium again. Minor gripes: The aircon in the room doesn't work. The thermostat on the wall is for decoration only. The soap dispensers ran out of soap on my first day. But it didn't matter to me since I had my own soap.

Great location, very convenient to get to/from the train station and airport. The area is easily walkable and only about a 15 min walk to the Christmas Markets. The room is sufficient, it has everything you need, is clean, and the beds are reasonably comfortable. My only complaint would be that the lobby and elevator area smelled like urine after mopping, I'm not sure if it's from a dirty mop or if that's the odor of certain cleaning products mixing... hopefully they're able to remedy that soon enough. The front desk staff was super friendly and helpful!

It could be much, much better.

The friendly and efficient reception staff is a definite plus. Large, nice room; perfectly working air conditioning. Well, now the cons. Bathroom - The sewer grate cannot keep up with collecting water from the shower. I found the toilet bowl dirty both on the outside and under the rims inside. The hotel should use medium mattresses at best - mine was quite hard. I haven't experienced such a terribly uncomfortable bed in a hotel for a long time. Plus one pillow, it's a bit lame. Another thing, such a stupid saving: the whole room, even after turning on all the lights, is simply dark. You can't read anything next to the bed, so I had to use a flashlight from my phone to look into my wallet. This is really a joke, because the savings from using such bulbs are virtually non-existent, and the trouble they cause to guests is enormous. Netflix does not work, and the TV program list is more than half empty and consists mainly of scattered German TV stations, There are a few Russian ones (really!), one strange English one, one Uzbek one, one Ukrainian one. This is how we landed in the province of the world - in the center of the EU. We have a safe in the closet, but it has no instructions for use and is operated in a non-intuitive manner or is broken. And so on. It's a pity, because the hotel's potential, easily exploitable, is great.

A spacious room, but unfortunately with a terrible smell (mildew I guess), making it the worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at. I asked to change room but was told they didn’t have any other rooms available. Also, the bed was not very comfortable.

Cheap and Convenient

No frill hotel near the Frankfurt Hbf. Great deal for a clean room and a good place to sleep. Down stairs is a bunch of amazing Turkish and Lebanese restaurants. My personal favorite is a Turkish seafood grill around the corner.

It’s a decent cheap hotel a 4 minute walk from the train station. However it’s quite dirty, and to top it off there was no working AC which no one made us aware when we checked in. Would definitely not have stayed had we known NO working AC. With that it wouldn’t have been terrible, nice staff.
