Not so good. The staff was friendly but the amenities are run down and need upgrading. They said if you wanted to room cleaned please do not hang the sign and it was not cleaned. The towels and washcloths had stains and the sink drain was clogged.

It was a decent stay, but the online pics made it look WAY nicer than it really was. No carts for luggage, elevator broken, hairs in the bedsheets, wifi was extremely slow and weak. The lady at front desk was not very friendly and they charged me a $50 deposit that I knew nothing about until I got there. I would be generous to rate this place a 2.5 out of 5 stars. Although I did like the bigger screen TVs, and the mega discount I got due to rewards on Hotels.com made the cost of the room next to nothing!

It did the job for a quick, one-night stay. The bed was comfortable and seemed clean. On the downside, the lobby smelled like cleaning products. The room smelled kind of musty. The bathroom had mildew along the upper walls. Overall, the room really needed to be updated, refreshed. Also, there was a dog in the room next door, and its barking woke us up several times.

The elvator was down for 2 out of 3 nights my wife and I stayed at this hotel. My wife just recently had surgery on her ankle and we were on the 4th floor. Also, there were no signs posted about the outage so you didn't know until you got to the elevator. I had to go down to the front desk multiple times because our key cards would not open our room. Housekeeping never came once to our room and I had to personally ask for towels.

It was a weird place. None of the front desk people seemed interested in looking up whenever i came up to the desk, the ice water was empty for hours at a time, both coffee makers were empty at 6:30 am, the business center offered a printer but no paper. They had nice new crisp white linens, but carpet that seemed new and dirty at the same time. They used a sink handle in the shower instead of a shower knob to control the water. Advertises outdoor pool is open May through October, but the pool is just full of algae and it was still mostly covered by a tarp. I couldn't find the fitness center that was advertised. It made me wonder if I was looking at one property online and somehow made my reservation at a different one.
