Spacious suite in a building of condos. Quiet. Great view. Comfortable bed and bedding. Friendly or completely neutral neighbors in this super dog friendly building and neighborhood. Excellent neighborhood within walking distance of lots of great restaurants, shops, and pubs right in the heart of an artsy vibe.

Noisy stay - just okay

The unit was roomy and nice. The property hallways were confusing to navigate. The parking was not easy to access. The unit was extremely noisy. The unit above us had a loud party from 12:30 am - 4:30 am. This disrupted our sleep and affected our following day.

Location is great. Easy 15 minute walk to broadway. Room was large and well appointed as described. The cleanliness was not as clean as I would like, dust bunnies visible under the bed and in the corners. The units could use an update, fresh coat of paint, shower floor could be resealed. The place has lots of potential, it was just taken over by a new owner, hopefully they do a few updates. Overall for what you get in relation to the cost it was a fair deal. If you are ok with dust bunnies and a shower floor that needs some TLC, it’s a good deal

Questionable housekeeping standards

It was really hard to download the key app you need to access the room. It took me 4 different on the phone during my trip to finally be able to access an actual key, then eventually my fob stopped working so I have to key in a code for the main entrance and could not access any other building amenities. It was a stressful start to my trip to a city I had never been to solo. They state they have a very thorough cleaning process but upon arrival I had to call customer service again as the idea that my room was cleaned was questionable. The shower was moldy in the grout, there was stains and food on the walls. They sent housekeeping the next day and she wiped down a few things. The Gulch area was amazing for location. But I woud be reserved to stay at this building again.

A great place to stay for solo or couples travelling. Very convenient for walking to bars and restaurants locally or Broadway and Bridgestone Arena are only 10-15 minutes walk. Apartment was big and a nice coffee machine and fridge with ice making. Building also has a lounge area and gym for use. Would recommend highly!
