The property itself was beautiful, and the rooms were spacious, comfortable, and well kept. However, the service was disappointing. There was no help offered with our luggage, and the staff did not explain anything about the property, the amenities, or what activities were available during our stay. When we tried to ask questions at the front desk, the staff member was rude and seemed more focused on her computer than helping us. Overall, the hotel has a lot of potential, but the customer service needs to improve.

I loved the peace and quiet and the fact that this is a historic building. I enjoyed reading the plaques with information on the history of the different areas. There is nothing that I especially disliked. Just some minor things to improve in the room.

The employees were not very accommodating, passing on all the struggle to the clients. The rooms need a lot of maintenance (the fridge didn’t work properly), the floors are really old and noisy with scratches all over the place, and the personal care amenities (shampoo, conditioner, etc.) of really low quality. Lovely Hacienda with a half golf course, but need to work on Culture and processes focused on the customers.

Nos hospedamos en este hotel para asistir a una boda cerca, me tocó habitación en el campo de golf, nada cómodo porque para ir al restaurante que es donde están las demás habitaciones del hotel, queda retirado, nos teníamos que acercar en carro, esas habitaciones son tipo bungalow, me asignaron una de 2 camas matrimoniales, estas están divididas por un muro. Las toallas necesitan con urgencia renovarlas, no hay toallas faciales, tampoco secadora de pelo, debes dejar depósito si quieres usar una. En general muy limpio, pero si tomaría en cuenta la distancia, porque los bungalows están adentro de un fraccionamiento a un lado de la hacienda. Sábado y domingo buffet de $490!!

Los alimentos y el personal de restaurante y recepción súper atentos. Nos tocó el el campo de golf. No está mal PERO NECESITA MANTENIMIENTO. Las toallas ya están viejas, deben revisar las pilas de los controles (TV y calefacción) y la parte de la regadera. En general muy bien y los alimentos perfectos

Mala experiencia. Al llegar a la hacienda se estaban celebrando dos bodas al mismo tiempo y casi todos los servicios no se podían ocupar. La alberca dentro de la hacienda ya esta muy descuidado, las paredes tienen mucha humedad. Además, si te tocan habitaciones en el club de Golf te queda todo muy lejos de la hacienda y no te dejan usar las instalaciones de la casa club. La hacienda en general esta muy descuidada

Las habitaciones (en el club de golf) están muy bien, sólo el piso ya necesita remodelarse o darle mantenimiento (rechina muchísimo) y la regadera no es lo mejor. Fuera de esos dos puntos creo que están bastante bien las habitaciones. El personal siempre muy atento y la comida muy bien!

El área PET friendly es en el campo de golf que funciona como un área de cabañas, separado del resto pero muy tranquilo y cómodo. El tema es que la tele nunca tuvo señal y no supieron arreglarlo en buen rato. También los muebles y algunas toallas ya están viejos
