It's the last time I'll stay at Charlie Itaim.
The company can't keep up with simple maintenance of the flats they own in this building.
The door handles are gone, a lot of ACs don't work, the furniture is looking bad, toilet lids are missing. It's incredible how the company can't keep maintenance up.
In 2 stays that I did in 2 consecutive weeks, in both I had to change bedrooms as there was multiple items missing like cutlery, chairs, towels, pillows, etc. In one of the times the AC was leaking water non-stop.
In one of the stays I was also robbed at gun point just outside the building, and heard from people that live in the building that the security in the block has gone down.
