Excellent and friendly service from start to finish. We were given an upgraded room and had an amazing view from our very comfortable suite. Excellent water pressure in the showers. Comfy beds. We enjoyed the breakfast, again with great service. Wonderful location, for both the views, and for getting picked up for tours. Highly recommend.

Nice wellcoming, we got the room 2 hours earlier and the room was larger too. River view is marvellous. Hotel is just in the middle of everything. Hoesekeeping was best for ever! This hotel was absolutely amazing! The staff was so friendly, funny and accommodating. I got a complimentary bottle of wine cause it was my birthday (they did ask for ID to check) and they let us store our bags so we could spend the day in the city after check out.
