This is our second time staying here. It’s a good budget option for a family vacation. It’s location is great if you are using public transport and walking distance to both Broadbeach and Surfers Paradise.

Good budget motel accommodation. Great location and easy check-in process. Fit out and facilities are aging and basic but good for a budget motel. Only negative is the mattresses. I have stayed in a number of rooms and all of the mattresses are worn out and need replacing.

Place was dirty, $30 to clean the room after I paid $3000 i had to then pay for cleaning as well, so I bought my own cleaning products and cleaned me own room. Which is fine but wen you pay that much and then get asked to pay extra $30 to clean as well thats ridiculous. Front gate is a sorry excuse for safety. Other than that this place is a solid average’s place to stay.
