8/10 Very good

Good stay. We usually get a double room, but the only room available this time was a Junior Suite. It wasn’t the best and the floor was not clean, but the bed linens were fresh and smelled good and the bed was comfortable.

4/10 Fair

Functional, but lacking attention and service. Small things make a telling difference. Booking for 4, only 2 towels and 3 bottles of water on arrival. Air conditioning not working correctly. Body wash and shampoo in shower empty / not refilled. Very few chairs/beds by the pool. Had to chase for more most days. On the plus side, room service was good. Breakfast buffet with plenty of selection. Effort made with World Cup football theming for atmosphere.

Only down fall was the restaurant they weren’t very attentive. Left waiting for 15 min for the the check I had to go and ask to pay at the bar . And she still has the nerve to ask if I wanted to leave a tip.

We had a 4 night stay. The hotel would not refill the coffee in the room and toilet paper. Restaurant has limited hour. We tried ordering room service but the didn’t answer.
