Staff was great! Always friendly and helpful. Pool was warm and area clean. They always had fresh towels available. Restaurant food was excellent. We tried it a few times and we were never disappointed. Beds were comfy. Only drawbacks were no space at the sink, the shower being open to the room, and being able to hear outside noise. But honestly we managed for the 3 nights were were there. It's centrally located and I would definitely stay again.

My husband and I stayed here for 1 night as we were given the recommendation to stay on south beach and this hotel was reasonably priced. I got to the hotel around 2pm and they said my room wasn’t ready but i could do the check in process and get my key when I returned and they would hold our bags for us. When my husband and I returned around 9:30pm they could not locate our bags. They said to check our room as they were likely there. The bags were not in our room. They finally found them in a 3rd storage room. When we got settled into our room we could not find the tv remote and called the e front desk and they said there wasn’t anything they could do. Overall the hotel was okay but these two inconveniences were frustrating.
