Stayed in a superior twin room for 6 days here. It was an overall good stay, the room is a little small for it being called “superior” but it has a nice big window and daily cleaning of the room which was nice. The only annoying thing about this hotel is the elevator. Since the building has 2 restaurants below the hotel, there is always a wait for the elevator which was kind of annoying since the location is so busy. If you don’t mind the busy atmosphere then you’ll love it! If it’s your first time in Seoul this hotel is great to explore food and shopping! It’s close to airport bus stops and 2 different subway stations. It is walking distance from some great attractions too! If you want to shop and eat this is the perfect hotel for you!

Very convenient.

Very convenient in the heart of MyeongDong. Food and shopping the moment you step out of the building. An entrance to the main subway line is 30 sec outside the building.Towels changed daily but bedding is changed every 3 days which for us is more than adequate.

Generally ok however no in room safe, kettle provided but no cups tea or coffee in room. My biggest problem was toilet paper not to be flushed instead put in basket next to toilet & emptied daily which I didn’t know prior to arrival If you can get over this, the room was extremely quiet to say it’s in the middle of Meyoungdong.

Smelled like mold

The restroom had no ventilation system or circulation and smelled like mold with multiple stains on the walls. The refrigerator had a sour foul smell in it. Overall sanitation was horrible. Reception was extremely rude. I would never stay here again.

We booked 4 nights at Line hotel through Expedia system. The booking was confirmed. When we arrived to the hotel, the staff said they can not find our reservation. It took a long time for him to tell us that our reservation was canceled, and there was no room for us that night. We contacted Expedia, and been told that Line Hotel canceled our reservation. We were “homeless’ in a rainy dark night in a foreign country. It was very unpleasant. Expedia staff was not helpful at all. We are very disappointed with Expedia hotel booking! Line Hotel staff helped us to found a room somewhere else for the night. So far no one took responsibility, not hotel nether Expedia!

Very average hotel. Check in past 3pm. No rooms are cleaned till after 4pm (makes no sense) as you come back to dirty room. No water given everyday. No heating. It was 4 degrees and freezing. You shower over the sink and everything gets wet. Stay here only for the location.

3度目のリピートです。立地もよく高級感とは無縁ですが最低限は満たしてるので気に入っていましたが、今回はちょっと… 2日目の掃除は要らないからタオル交換とゴミ箱だけ捨ててとお願いしてDon't disturbの札を下げて置くと希望通りにドアノブにタオルがかかっていてゴミ箱は新しいビニールに変わっていました。 3日目も同じ感じにしてもらいたくて2日目と同じようにDon't disturbの札をかけて出かけたらタオル交換がしてもらえなかったのでフロントに行くと初めて見るオジサンが。タオルを下さいとゆーと、もうクリーンナップの人達は帰って居ないから無理と追っ払われました。タオルもゴミ箱と一緒に全部部屋の外に出してしまってたので部屋には1枚もない状況だったので1枚もないのは困ると言うとお前らが部屋に入るなと札を下げてたんだぞ!怒り狂ってこれしかないからと小さいタオルを乱暴に渡し付けてきました。バスタオルも欲しいと言うとないと突っぱねられましたが焼肉行ってニオイも付いていたので髪の毛も洗いたいしバスタオルが欲しいと粘ると鬼の形相で自分が持って行くから待ってろと言われ1時間以上経ってから持って来てはくれましたがまたまた恐ろしい顔で睨み付けて戻っていきました。タオル交換はそんなに大変な事なんですかね？ホテルゲストに対する態度ではなく驚きました。 過剰なサービスは値段的にも求めてはいませんが今回のは酷すぎる。 他のスタッフさんは本当に普通で何の不満もなかったんですがあのオジサンだけは良くないと思いました。

飲食與交通相當方便，雖有小缺點，有需要仍會選擇入住

飯店距離乙之路路口站非常近，步行約3-4分鐘即可抵達。周遭有非常多餐廳，還有超商、超市，在明洞逛完可以回飯店放東西，到弘大、聖水洞也不需要換車，整體而言飲食、交通都非常方便。 部分缺點是，飯店樓下就是海底撈餐廳，出入飯店常跟餐廳的客人擠電梯，還有房間內沒有鏡子，只有廁所的鏡子，此外，飯店的櫃檯人員雖可幫忙代訂外食，但若遇到較為年長的男性櫃檯服務員，則不提供代訂服務。

Hotel room was old and moldy. Wallpaper had water marks, crumbly, and had stains. Shower head had mildew. A/c unit had dust all over the vents. Picture of room advertised on Expedia looked new but the room we got was completely the opposite, we felt duped. We had booked 4 nights but we checked out after 2 nights and booked a different hotel in the Myeongdong area.
