Our stay here was great. Easy to check-in and there's a Co-op right next door. One of the elevators smelled like pee and the sheets on our bed were damp when we arrrived, like they had been put on wet but other than that it was a great hotel room and location.

It’s close to Rose Garden with a good restaurant there and an amazing view of old town, very convenient bus stops near the hotel to get anywhere. Plus Coop supermarket is next to the hotel. I booked the design room. It was spacious and looked clean. A light in the design was broken off and it had this annoying energy saving feature that kept shutting off the lights every 15 minutes. The hotel gave us the Bern ticket.
