The pool was closed at all times. The free breakfast consisted of toast, cheap fruit loops. Barely any fruit and no proteins. Breakfast was horrible to say the least. I expected better. The restaurants were closed. The parking lot was dirty. The hotel was run down and looked like the last updates were done in the eighties. This place is over priced. I recommend spending the extra money for a nice hotel.

HOT MESS!!!!

We did a mini stayvacation with this hotel. They said the pool was open "IT WAS CLOSED!" THERE WAS NO AIR CONDITIONER ON ANY FLOOR!!! IT WAS HOTTER THAN HELL IN THE BUILDING. SOMEONE CAME INTO OUR ROOM AND STOLE PERSONAL ITEMS, a new insulated cup, baby sensory toys, food and beverages. The breakfast they served was RIDICULOUS for $250.00 two nights was not worth it. I belong to the Lions club international and I will not be recommending this hotel for our next meeting!!

Disgusting

I was so bad I should be refunded. The hotel was dirty , the hallways , the room . It was disgusting. When someone open their door the room door make noise like someone is trying to get in. Very noisy. The alarm went off at 4 am we had to evacuate the building. The staircase was dirty. It was like there was junkies living in the staircases. We left we couldn’t stay any longer. This place should be shut down .

Horrible place!!

The hotel didnt have the room that I reserved, stating it doesnt exist at all. Mived from the first room we were given that had Stains everywhere, giant hole i assume was a crawlspace in closet, food still in fridge from previous guest.. To a room that had no fridge, stains on flior and ceiling and broken window (5th floor), I was told I had to wait for the manager to get towels and when i asked him he said I couldn't get extra towels. The manager was absolutely rude and told me oh well about the reservation. I HAVE PHOTOS BUT HOTELS.COM WILL NOT LET ME UPLOAD!!

Worst experience ever never again

First, when I got there the heat wasn't working at all so it was not only cold outside it was cold inside when I went to call customer service the phones were ringing but nobody was answering so I had to go downstairs and I called from my phone only to find the phone does work but they weren't answering they were sitting in the back watching tv. The non-smoking room, floor, and elevator smelled like smoke along with the hallway and elevators being filthy and leftover food in different areas that were spoiled no housekeeping was available. The room above the room I was in ended up having some kind of flood issue leading to my room being flooded with water in the bathroom from the water coming from upstairs to my room after slipping, falling, and complaining they finally moved me to another room after telling me the maintenance man only comes 2 days a week. I needed the cart to help me carry my groceries to my room which wasn't available so I asked them can they look on the camera to see what floor it can be on and I will go up and get it only for them to tell me the cameras only work at the front desk which makes no sense to me because they have cameras upstairs but claim they weren't working so I ended up going upstairs on each floor still not finding any carts only to go back downstairs get my groceries and bring them up individually only to see the rep looking at the cameras on each floor so they lied about the cameras not working because they didn't want to help.

Horrible!! Pool closed, no breakfast, all ice machine not working, no hair drying, did not sell soap for washing machine, no extra pillows....everything boarded up with black plastic with COVID written on it.

Property is convenient as far as location. All 9 floors had ice machines that didn’t work. Was told it’s going through a renovation which it does need. Bed was very comfortable and staff was very pleasant. No gym or pool open.

Bathroom had no air fan ventilation room had cigarette odor and cigarette ashes on window seals no ice on any floors had to go down to front desk asking for ice no microwave or little fridge in the room not good experience, elevator had a very strong cigarette smell and could’ve been hazardous to a couple of family members with asthma conditions would not stay at the Clarion hotel in the future

Smells like an ashtray

This place was horrible! The room reeked of cigarettes even though it’s a non-smoking room. We complained and asked to be moved but it would seem all the rooms stink like an ashtray. The elevator makes a noise that sounds like a jackhammer which kept us up all night long.
