Breakfast was delicious and the attendants were very nice and helpful. It was a bonus to have laundry on site, the hotel staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and helpful. Thank you for a great stay. My son and I had a good visit to Japan, and the Hotel Cerezo stay made it that much nicer.

部屋は禁煙でしたが、明らかに元喫煙部屋の匂いでした。エアコンつけてしばらくしたらその匂いは消えましたが。タバコに敏感な方はやめといた方がいいかもです。朝食は簡素な割に毎日メニューを変えてるようで評価は高かったです。

Staff were very polite and helpful. Breakfast was tasty and affordable; it was nice to have a healthy breakfast each morning which also felt like a home cooked meal. Check in and check out was simple and straightforward. Running an eco friendly service is unique but makes sense and it was not an issue to reuse towels. It was nice to come back to the quiet after a day out in the city. Short walk from the station with amenities nearby is always great.
