The area is poorly marked. Confusing! The room and staff were top flight! Loved the views and we were made to feel welcome! Need more signage.

The view from the Hotel is very nice. I just didn’t like that our room doesn’t have an elevator to go down.And for a four star hotel it doesn’t have a coffee machine or coffee or tea in the room.There was no tissue holder.There was no trash inside the room just in the bathroom other than that everything is okay.

Nice property. The area is very quiet and green. The staff were also helpful and kind. But there’s a need to pay attention to some details: Some areas for improvement: - at night, outdoor lights were not functioning (from the restaurant to the pool area) - room 301: entrance door needs repair. Toilet seat super noisy. The shower floor is bent in the wrong direction, so there is always a lot of water left. - room service was minimal (no towel refresh, no water added after the first day) - there are not enough sun beds at the pool area. There were often none left at around 4-5p - breakfast could benefit from fresher/more ‘homemade’ options. There were too many industrial cheese/jam/bread/toppings. Not a bad breakfast but given the good quality of the restaurant on the evening we were expecting something better.

Local calmo e que proporciona bastante sossego, com espaços variados e bem harmonizamos com a Natureza. Local ideal para descansar da azáfama do dia a dia. O que de certa forma foi menos agradável foi o facto de haver alguns moscardos junto da piscina, o que condicionou a nossa estadia,uma vez que fomos picados em várias partes do corpo, causando reação cutânea. Aconselho vivamente a utilizarem um repelente de insetos!

A pouco mais de 1h do Porto, é uma excelente opção para quem pretende fazer uma escapadinha de fim-de-semana ou mesmo para umas férias em família ou com um grupo de amigos com filhos. Piscina Interior, piscina exterior, e um espaço exterior fantástico com acesso directo á albufeira e muito espaço para as crianças correrem e brincar. Todo o staff muito simpático e disponível, o que transfroma a estadia ainda mais inesquecível!
