The staff and manager went out of their way and surprised me with extra kindness. Really glowing kindness. This was my second stay in Guilin and loved it more than the Sheraton Guilin due to personal touchers and help with transport and Pandemic rules. I was not expecting breakfast to be much,--but it was surprisingly good for healthy eaters like me.

You will stay in the middle of the city center, in the same building as McDonalds. Cannot get more confident location. The hotel offer much value for the price level. In addition the hotel also offers a generous breakfast buffet. The hotel’s interior is modern and cozy, but as the price can tell it is a budget hotel so cannot expect a 5 star standard. Cleaning is done well but around some corners, especially in bathroom you will find water damaged marks on the walls. All the staff are super friendly, from caring ladies on the breakfast to front desk personnel. Especially Miranda that’s also speak English. Very kind and friendly, hospitality with great touch of understanding customers’ requests.

There’re something wrong on the air con. It always maintained at 23C and even higher in the night time no matter you tried to adjusted the room temperature. However, the room temperature would be automatically to drop to a 21C every morning when you woke up. You would woke up due to hot every night that wouldn’t be a good experience.
