6/10 Good

The property is within 1 mile radius of all the Seaworld parks (Seaworld, Discovery Cove and Aquatica), making it a breeze to get to places. The actual property is good but nothing to rave about. It could use some updating but if you are using the property as I did -- to keep your belongings and sleep only, then this place makes it the most cost effective place to stay.

The room was spacious and clean and all the amenities were listed by the desk agent at check in.

It was easy check in easy check out and they accommodated my aunt and mother as they were a little older and preferred to be down stairs. Location was convenient and staff was friendly and helpful.

Me and my family(12) only stayed one night but the accommodations were lovely. We will be going back again. The restaurant onsite was wonderful as well. We had a late check-in and it was still open.

This place is great. Wonderful staff, very helpful and kind. The room was great, a mini apartment, clean and very well stocked. Parking was easy. It's close enough to everything and yet quiet too.

2/10 Poor

The staff were great but our first room smelled very musky-we had to move rooms and the second room was not as stocked as the first and was barely clean-possibly cleaned several weeks prior. Breezeways were not very clean. VERY dated property. Staff were great but I cringed each time we walked into the room. This staff would be amazing at a more updated and clean facility.

Beautiful property in a great location. I was there for a trade show at the convention center and this place was very close to that and right next door to sea world.

Property is old, needs to be renovated, but you won't get a better deal for the location.

We have stayed different times at Parc Corniche. Staff is always great and quick. The room we got this time does need a refresh, while it was comfortable and everything was working, you can notice that somethings were old and need changing.

About what we expected, not a pricey place. Towels were replaced daily, and trash was emptied. It's not fancy, but you aren't paying big bucks. The food that we had at the on-site restaurant/bar was good. Suited us fine, we will use the facility again

First solo trip with my little ones, I had a situation with a neighbor, and Mr. Scott was literally an angel in civilians. He was able to get the situation under control and put my worries to rest. My room was clean, and nice with a nice view. My stay was 10s across the board. And I do recommend them, you can’t beat it!
