"I am an architect that loves the work of starchitect Oscar Neimeyer. He designed the hotel in 1938. One of his first projects. It was a great place to experience his legendary vibe.
The Owners have done a wonderful job to maintain the hotel in its grandness.
We stayed in a two level suite that overlooks the city. Wow! What a memorable time.
The staff is friendly and helpful. The meals at Oscar Restaurant are perfect. Parking was included. "

"The hotel is absolutely beautiful and well in theme with the surroundings, old colonial charm, that being said some of the fixtures and the flooring tiles could be updated. I highly recommend it. The restaurant was also great we had breakfast and dinner there the food and the service was excellent.We extended our stay by one night as we loved the hotel that much."
