The inn is pretty charming. The rooms are a bit spartan but clean, and comfortable. The pousada appears to have been built in several stages, the newest part, where we stayed, being down the slope behind the lobby about 4 flights. Much, but not all of the inn is connected by 2 elevators, but there are 2 flights of narrow stone steps that have to be negotiated from the lobby to the breakfast room. Learning the layout of the inn took a bit of time, they could put some signs to make that easier. The staff was very helpful and carried our overpacked bags for us down to our lowest level rooms. The breakfast was very good, the breakfast room is lovely and has a nice patio with a view of the valley. If you are not traveling light, ask the staff to help with your bags.

O café da manhã é gostoso, pão de queijo, diversos bolos, gelatina, coalhada, etc. A pousada é bem grande e está alojada num terreno em ladeira. Tem muitos degraus para subir na área interna e somente 1 elevador. O quarto era grande, com cama king, lençóis e toalhas boas e cama confortável. Achei a estrutura das paredes dos quartos com infiltração e morfo, precisando de reforma.

Quarto ok pelo preço. Atendimento ok, estacionamento confuso e apertado, precisa deixar a chave e demoraram MUITO para tirar os outros carros da frente. O hotel tem muita escada, e o elevador está inoperante. O café da manhã é horroroso. Colocam água no suco de laranja para render mais, o pão com aspecto de velho. O pudim era bom. Muito entulho jogado pelo hotel, área das crianças perigosa, com entulhos e um morro sem guarda-corpo.

Ficamos na parte mais nova da pousada, quarto excelente e impecável na limpeza, roupa de cama e cama confortável. Café da manhã bem gostoso. O pátio está um pouco descuidado mas nada que desabone nossa estadia. Apesar de ficar uns 400m a pé das principais atrações tem uma subida bastante íngreme para quem tem dificuldade de locomoção, pra nós foi tranquilo.

Foi bastante agradável. Bom café da manhã, camas boa, banheiro só faltou local para pendurar roupa e não foi retirado lixo do quarto. Arrumação do quarto era só arrumação da cama. É importante informar que o hotel tem muitas escadas devido à topografia da cidade. O acesso a pé para a praça é próximo mas íngreme. O quarto que fiquei tem janela virada para rua, então logo cedo tem o barulho de carros. Pessoas sensíveis ao barulho podem estranhar.
