"It was very conveient to be able to walk to the hotel from the train station on arrival. The staff were exceptionally friendly and service oriented. I was pleased with the size and cleaniless of the room. Glad there was extra blankets as Shimla does get cold. Very clean, very well located right next to the iconic mall road, right next to the tourist lift and very good service and clean and large rooms.
