"I dropped off guests from Japan at this hotel. The staff spoke Japanese quite well, which immediately began after reading their passports. Those guest told me they had a great stay. This hotel is a bit more expensive than others, but it seems to be worth it. The shuttle to the airport is also very convenient."

"What I saw was a heresy view and that is it"

"안내 메시지로 꼼꼼히 입실 준비까지 대응 빠르고 친절합니다. 전망 좋네요. 안내 메시지는 받았지만 호텔명이 예약 시 이름이 건물을 통해 인지할 수 없어서 메시지를 무심히 넘겼다가 당황할 수 있습니다. 사용 수건에서 그늘에서 말린 냄새가 남아있는게 흠이었습니다."

"It's near the airport. It is beautiful and spacious"

"주변에 맛집도 많고, 1층 카페&2층 웰니스 스파 등 편의시설 포함된 패키지가 너무 좋았고요, 야경도 매우 멋졌습니다. 체크인&아웃도 무인인데 간편해서 좋았습니다. 다음에도 또 이용할 생각이에요~ 😉👍"

"The room was comfortable and had everything I needed, although it was a bit noisy at times. Nothing extravagant, but clean, practical, and suitable for a short stay"

"Convenient location. Courteous and friendly staff. Thank you, Kim. "

"I stayed just for one night in this hotel. It was calm and clean. I surely can recommend it for a longer stay. And in case you need a taxi just go to the little shop in the same building around the corner. The owner of this shop is at the same time a taxi driver."

"Do yourself a favour and pay for the breakfast - it’s well worth it. The location, with convenient access to the metro, and proximity to a supermarket was ideal. The free shuttle from the airport was seamless and the staff were courteous and kind. I will definitely stay here on my next trip to South Korea. Thank you."

"5 minutes drive from the airport. Shuttle bus to use. Quick check in with friendly staff. Lovely spacious room. Had the buffet dinner which was very good."

"This is one of the best hotels in Incheon where I could see the airport from the bed. Great environment and location."

"My parents and I always stay here when we return to China. It’s convenient and clean, even though it’s small. It has everything we need, and it’s close to the Korean Air lounge, which is a great place to relax after a long trip."

"My room was very small but quite cozy. Very convenient to the local grocery store, restaurants & the A*REX train. I was very pleased with the experience of staying there. They had a free washer & dryer which I really appreciated using. I will definitely stay there again next time I go to South Korea."
